Project Details
Description
The past decade saw the development of DNA chips capable of detecting simultaneously the expression of several genes. The spectroscopic dimension added by the SFG technique provides the determination of the conformation of adsorbed molecules and of their interactions with neighbouring molecules. These informations are crucial for elaborating a microscopic model of the hybridisation process.
