Description
We study the mechanisms involved in the adipocyte dedifferentiation induced by FCCP, a mitochondrial uncoupler. Furthermore, we will characterize mitochondrial biogenesis during adipocyte dedifferentiation in 3T3-L1 cells and primary cultured adipocytes.
