Role of lipid rafts in epidermal adhesion and migration. Role in the control of the EGF receptor

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

Lipid rafts are membrane structures that control signalling through receptors. Their role in adhesion and migration of epidermal keratinocytes is studied in cell culture, as well as their control on the EGF receptor cellular processing.
