Quantitative analysis of oxygen using nuclear reaction induced by <sup>3</sup>He particles

Description

Cross sections of nuclear reactions 16O(3He,a)15O and 16O(3He,p0)18F were measured for 3He particle energies ranging from 2.0 MeV to 2.6 MeV. Quantitative analysis of oxygen has been performed to explore the interface between a copper film deposited on steel. Oxygen has also been analysed on CeCO2 thin film deposited on monocrystalline silicon.
