Description

The public domain is a source of information which is in decline due to its appropriation and to the lack of a framework that defines and protects it. The thesis aims at reversing this trend by defining and building a regulatory framework for the public domain. It also appear as a strategy for developing countries. For this purpose, the study will be supported by some case studies including genetic resources and traditional knowledge.
