Description
This expertise contract has been concluded in order to assist the Council of Europe privacy Consultative Committee to elaborate new regulatory areas and new actions linked with the ICT developments and their impact on privacy. The report does analyse, firstly, the main characteristics of the technical developments, secondly, the way by which these new features might be adressed by the present Council of Europe Privacy Principles and, thirdly, the new rights to be developped.
