Description
The project aims at making a comparative analysis of the EU and
US systems of privacy and personal data protection. The study not only develops an overview of the main characteristics and differences of the legal frameworks, but also explore the requisites for "adequacy", and develop a comparison in specific topics (spam, children's privacy...).
