Description
Pets have been shown to be related to human quality of life for long time. A survey in Medicine (MED) and Veterinary (VET) students has shown that pet ownership is quite low within MED and VET undergraduate students living at students houses. VET students, attracted to animals due to their studies orientation, are conscious of beneficial effects of pets presence but they are also aware of material ininconveniences connected to ownership. Small pets seem to be a good compromise.
