Description
The aim of the project is the "Acción Cultural Popular", a Columbian laic institution, which used to teach adult farmers thanks radio waves. The goal is to reconstruct the development of a Latin American laic organisation after 1945 linked with international catholic and development aid organisations, and Columbian society.
