Physicochemical characterisation and development of metal-organic compounds as HIV-1 protease inhibitors

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

We aim to develop metal-organic complexes as a new family of HIV-1 protease inhibitors. In this frame, we characterise the stereoelectronic properties of this new class of inhibitors and their interaction with the protease with the help of several experimental and theoretical approaches.
