Participation to the drafting by German-speaking Ministry of a pre-draft of the decree implementing the new EU framework on electronic communications for the German-speaking Community

The goal of the project is to provide, in collaboration with ICRI (KULeuven - Belgium), subcontractor, support to the German-speaking Community Ministry with the implementation of the new EU framework on electronic communications. This support consists of drafting a preparatory document examining the main questions to be addressed for a correct transposition of the new framework, as well as readings of and comments on the the draft Bill.
