Open and Distance Learning in change : diagnosis and perspectives in the French Community of Belgium

This research, supported by the French-speaking Community of Belgium from Augustus 2001 to Augustus 2003, aims at carrying out a need analysis as far as ODL is concerned in the French-speaking Community of Belgium and at proposing possible redeployment ways regarding the policies and actions lead in Europe and Northern America. It's an action-research by getting ODL actors for carrying out the need analysis. It's also a fundamental research by its documentary facet. This research is lead with the Educational Technology Unit of the Université of Mons-Hainaut.
