Nonlinear spectroscopy and microscopy applied for the development of biosensors

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

The control of interfacial properties is primordial for various technological fields such as the inhibition of corrosion, or the control of catalytically reactivity. The recent development of biosensors relies on novel fabrication and analysis methods of biological molecular films at liquid-solid interfaces. We have oriented our research program towards the development of novel spectroscopic and microscopic tools based on nonlinear optical processes (SFG) for the investigation of model biosensor
