Description
This work is aimed to identify specific surface markers responsible for or indicating resistance to chemotherapy in breast cancer. In vitro studies using different breast cancer cell lines are performed to identify genes involved in resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs in cells incubated under hypoxia.
