Description

MADAM and MADAM/MAPEO polymers synthetised at the UMH are evaluated at the URBC for their capacity to complex DNA (beta-gal reporter plasmid) and for their potential to transfect COS and endothelial cells in culture. Confocal microscopy is used as a tool to follow the intracellular traffic of the exogenous DNA labelled with a fluorescent probe.
