Modelling of cell evolution

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

In the biomathematics framework we are interested in modelling selected features
of simplified forms of cells and to understand the key ingredients of their evolution under the pressure of the
environment. We develop an expertise ranging from deterministic models to stochastic ones, particularly
suitable in the case of small numbers of involved chemicals and thus where the finite size of the system could
play an important role
