Modeling, optimization and experimental realization of tandem silicon/perovskite photovoltaic cells

This collaboration aims at developing high-performance photovoltaics made of tandem silicon/perovskite structures. The structures are modeled with the software CAMFR (property of IMEC). A parallel version of the Genetic Algorithm (property of UNamur) is then used to find optimal parameters that will lead to high performances.
