Description
Preparation of the second volume of an international handbook on language contact that will comprise a total of 60 chapters. The handbook is part of de Gruyter's HSK-series (Handbücher zur Sprach- und Kommunikationswissenschaft) and is scheduled to be published in 2023.
Layman's description
A collection of scholarly articles on different aspects related to the study of language contact. Volume 1 contained theoretical chapters. Volume 2 will contain a series of carefully chosen case studies from around the globe.
