Knowledge Management : a question of convention ?

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

The Ph D is about Knowledge Management analysed as a management tool and questions its duality. The theoretical framework is the strategic analysis approach (Crozier and Friedberg 1977, 1993) and the approach of conventions (Gomez 1994, 1996). The methodology is qualitative and inductive and is based on case studies realized at Renault SA and Solvay SA.
