Description
In Belgium, interregional financial transfers progressively became subject of political contention. However, their analysis often suffers from a lack of a scientific perspective. The main objective of the research is to better assess the extend of interregional transfers, while also considering the true economic nature of these flows and the limit of any evaluating exercise.
