Description
During the period 1998-2003, the French CNRS promoted and financially supported a GDR 1752 (" Research Group ": official entity) focusing on fostering national collaborations between researchers working in all the fields of carbon nanotubes. On january 2004, this GDR was replaced by a European GDR, which became one year later an International GDR (GDR-I) due to the participation of Canada
