Description
This study in collaboration with the CITA (Interfaculty Technology Assessment Center) and the CIGER aims to analyze the legal, socio-organisational and psycho-cultural impacts of new technologies within the public welfare institution (CPAS) of the 'Région Wallonne'. A special attention will be given to the legal problems related to the use of the electronic mail within the CPAS and the integration of the CPAS within the " Crossroads Bank for Social Security ".
