Implementation of a e-health portal for the region of Brussels-Capitale in order to share data between hospitals and doctors in digital global medical folder (DMGI)

The Region Bruxelles-Capitale would like to set up a e-health portal in order to share data between hospitals and doctors in digital global medical folder of patients (DMGI). The gate will authenticate the health professional soliciting the information. Then, it will deliver a time-lag access authorization to him so that he can access to the information or to a "urgency" folder.
