Immunocytochemical localization of pectic polymers in plant cell walls. Involvement in cell differentiation during floral transition

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

We have a monoclonal antibody against a supramolecular conformation of homopolygalacturonic acid. In collaboration with the University of Liège, we study the distribution of this epitope in the shoot apex of Sinapis alba, a long day plant during flower transition.
