Identification of proteins involved in the response of endothelial cells to hypoxia

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

The endothelial cells are the main cell type involved in the formation of new capillaries in tumors. Through proteomics, we are identifying proteins which expression is regulated by hypoxia. The role of these proteins in neo-angiogenesis as well as the mechanisms responsible for the over-expression will then be studied.
