High resolution depth profiling of hydrogen using resonant nuclear analysis

High resolution depth profiling of hydrogen is performed using 1H(15N,ag)12C resonant nuclear reaction. 15N incident ions of 6.385 MeV are produced by ALTAIS, the 2 MV Tandetron recently installed at LARN. Hydrogen desorption due to heavy ions bombardment has been measured.
