Description
With the UCL, the CRA-W and the FUSAGX, EST libraries were set up from chicory roots sampled during the growth season and from chicken peas. Fifteen thousand clones are sequenced. 2D electrophoresis and mass spectrometry will allow, with the help of EST data, to identify target proteins. SNP and in/del polymorphism will then be determined on those sequences.
