From "phantasia" to imagination

The project, which involves the organisation of a seminar and an international colloquium, focuses on the various meanings of a notion that has been of considerable importance throughout the history of Philosophy : the Greek 'Phantasia', which became 'Imaginatio' in the Latin world and is at the crossroads of Psychiatry, Ethics and Aesthetics.
