Description
Electronic commerce has some characteristics which distinguish it from traditional commerce. These characteristics are the intangible and instantaneous transactions, the distance between contracting parties and the automatic process of formation of some contracts. Our thesis aims at understanding whether these characteristics give rise to an original process of formation of contracts by electronic means.
