Description
Considering the increase of legal formalities for several years, legal scholars have pointed out a phenomenon of formalism revival, especially in recent legislation. The main purpose of the formalities is to protect contract parties in a weak position. The research aims to analyse this kind of formalities, from a critical point of view, in order to determine their failures and propose solutions to remove them.
