The work of CITA consists of a validation of the organisational design worked out by the DNF. More precisely, it's a question of evaluating the relevance of a organizational reform on three points: the installation of a first level management, the reinforcement of the directions and the recutting of the basic management units. The step followed consisted of benchmarking of the reforms in various forest administrations and by qualitative interviews of the DNF civils servant.
