Description
This study concerns the implementation of Recommendation 97/489/EC concerning transactions by electronic payment instruments and in particular the relationship between issuer and holder.
Ten partners have teamed up for this project, CRID, the coordinator, has to examine the respect of this recommandation in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. With Queen Mary Collège (GB) , CRID will also draw the conclusion of the study.
