Project Details
Description
The trusted third parties contract binds the C.R.I.D.'s Electronic commerce unit and the FPS Economy, SMEs, Self-employed and Energy for a duration of 18 months. It requires the C.R.I.D. to examine the legislation applicable to trusted third parties in the field of digital signatures to determine whether it would be best to extend it to trusted third parties in other fields, or to pass a new legislation applicable to trusted third parties in general accompanied by a series of more precise regulations for each specific kind of trusted third party. In either case, the C.R.I.D. will be in charge of writing all the required draft laws.
