Description

The effects of SIN-1 that leads to the production of peroxinitrite (molecule mainly responsible of endothelial dysfunction), are tested on EAHy926 endothelial cells. We evaluate the effects on gene expression and on the activation of the UPR and of the transcription factor Nrf2, trying to unravel the signalling mechanisms leading to either an adaptive response or to cell death.
