Effects of lysophosphatidic acid -or LPA- on the dysfunction of endothelial cells in culture and on gene expression analyzed by proteomic approaches

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

Atherogenic factors, such as LPA, are tested on the functions and the activation of endothelial cells in culture, but also on the expresions of the latter, using the transcriptomic (DNA arrays) and proteomic approaches (without a priori), to identify the set of genes that could be involved in the early steps of atherogenesis because of their dysregulation.
