Effects of atherogenic factors on the in vitro activation of arterial wall cells and monocytes. Study of the transduction mechanisms

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

Atherogenic factors (oxydised lipoproteins, homocysteine, isoprostane, ') initiate pathological processes leading to atherogenesis. They affect the genetic expression of the arterial wall cells and monocytes committed in the pathological process, at an early stage. The aim of this project is to study the transduction mechanisms via proteomics and microarrays.
