Study aiming to implement the law of 11 march 2003 on certain legal aspects of the services of information society
1° Regulation aiming to define the how the Minister or his representative may take special measures limiting the free movement of services of the information society offered by providers located in a European Union Member State.
2° Regulation aiming to determine how to obtain and archive a free and informed consent from the recipients of publicity by way of e-mail.
3° Regulation aiming to withdraw any barriers to the conclusion of on-line contracts. This implied an in-depth review of relevant legislation, both general and specific.
