Description
The short term objective of this project consists of realizing photovoltaic cells based on nanocristal of silicon (nc-Si) or germanium (nc-Ge) and to optimize the implantation parameters. This work will be performed combining the expertise at LARN (Namur, Belgium) in the domain of ion implantation and isotopes characterization and the expertise at INRS-EMT (Varennes, Quebec) in the optical and electrical characterizations of the nc-Si and nc-Ge.
