This project aims to develop a technological platform to help at home patients suffering from multiple chronic diseases.
The design of the eHealth platform will allow Walloon companies to develop and test new innovative health products and services. Through this project, the project partners want to show that it's possible to give a technological solution to solve the problem of patients assistance by the modernization of health care.
