Development of a relational database for Brucella melitensis genomic and proteomic knowledge mining

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

Bioinformatics allows biologist to generate a new knowledge by doing connections between the large amount of data contained in different proteic and genomic databases. We are developing a relational database on the pathogen bacteria Brucella. More information ensuing from bioinformatic analysis of the genome will also be added in the database as 3D structure predicted by our ESyPred3D program.
