Description
The objective of this work is to study various chemical properties of a series of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitors, which are potent and selective anti-inflammatory agents. We seek to develop a pharmacophore in order to design a new and original family of selective COX-2 inhibitors.
