Design of an original method to establish pharmacophores : application to thromboxane A2 receptor antagonists

Development of an original method in order to compare 3D physico-chemical properties. Those are non-linearly projected on 2D maps, conserving the topolgy of the information, by using the maps Kohonen technique. A Monte Carlo algorithm is developed for the search of similarities between maps in order to propose corresponding structural features of thromboxane A2 receptor antagonists.
