Description

Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic auto-immune inflammatory disease causing joint deformity and progressive physical disability. Current therapies minimize chronically inflammatory symptoms but don't look after the pathology's causes. This project aim to design and to synthetize inhibitors of the NFkB pathway involve in the development of rheumatoid arthritis.
