Creation of a virtual campus by several European Universities from the LERU

The e-LERU project aims to create a virtual campus by several European Universities from the LERU (League of European Research Universities) group. The legal part of the project deals with intellectual property, data protection and liability related to distance learning (e-learning). The issues on copyright are the protection of scientific works, the right ownership of works created by university member staff, the exceptions of copyright within the context of distance learning.
