Community-based urban planning to promote effective Waste Management and Urban Agriculture (Bacolod, Philippines)

Enlarging the GIS database of Bacolod City, the project aims to answer the demand expressed by urban poor in terms of livelihood and food security through a participative approach of urban planning.Through the integration of community maps into the database, the project facilitates the dialogue between the communities and the local government unit.
