In S. pombe Pch1 is an essential cyclin required for transcription. In order to investigate the regulation 's network of Pch1, we are currently performing a purification of the complex involved Pch1, based on the TAP ('tandem Affinity Purification') system and constructing mutants of Pch1 and ist partners Cdk9
