Report made within the framework of the international conference of ALAI (Association Littéraire et Artistique internationale) relating to the liability of Internet intermediaries and peer to peer software providers. This report describes the Belgian law on the legal aspect of Information Society Services (Law of 11 March 2003) especially on the Internet intermediary liability and the case law on peer to peer.
