Maxime ANDRÉ is a PhD student at the Faculty of Computer Science of the University of Namur. He is a member of the NaDI institute and particularly of the PReCISE research center. Maxime was also a visiting researcher between 2024 and 2025 at the Università della Svizzera italiana in the REVEAL research group. His research areas are software evolution, software visualization, databases, and microservices. He has also worked on user interface interactions, in particular with gesture recognition.

Between 2020 and 2022, he was the President of the Junior Entreprise Computer Science Labs before serving as an Advisor to the Board. In past years, he also was involved in various representations at faculty and university level such as the Faculty Students Meetings, the Faculty Council, Faculty Teaching Commission, Faculty Research Commission, and University Scientific Council. Outside the Université de Namur, he is a member of the AEQES self-evaluation committee for the "Application Development" study program at the Haute-École Libre Mosane of Liège.

He was the assistant of courses INFOM114 - Software Engineering (2022-2023 & 2023-2024) and INFOM435 - Advanced Interaction Methods (2023-2024).
