Introduction
I am a research and teaching assistant at the University of Namur. I am interested in Service Management. In 2011 and 2012 I obtained a master degree in management. My research thesis focused on open innovation in the service sector.
In October 2012, I joined two research centers (CeRCLe and CCMS) as a PhD student in the Business Administration department of the University of Namur.
My PhD thesis focuses on patient engagement in the management of their health and the impact of this engagement on all the stakeholders involved in the sector.
