Introduction
Claire DEVENTER is Professor of Marketing at ICHEC Brussels Management School and an external member of the NaDI-CeRCLe research center at the University of Namur, Belgium.
Her work explores how artificial intelligence and digital technologies shape consumer experience and how we can design AI-powered services in ways that are not only efficient, but also inclusive, responsible, and meaningful for society.
